Massage

In 2012, Kara became a certified massage therapist at the National Holistic Institute. She has logged over 1000 hours of therapeutic training, practicing multiple therapeutic styles of massage (neuromuscular trigger point therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, and more).

Kara has worked in a variety of contexts from chiropractic and wellness centers to spas. She believes deeply in the mind-body balance, and likes to incorporate flowing relaxation into deep focused work. During her six years at Halo, Kara customizes her massages to her patient's individual needs to help re-center, realign, and walk away with a sense of calm and confidence.
